Here you’ll find everything you need to know about our services, policies, and important updates. We’re committed to providing a smooth and enjoyable experience, so please take a moment to review the details below. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out—we’re always here to help!

  • If any changes ​need to be made to your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid additional charges. 

  • Luxe et Lueur requires a 50% non - refundable deposit at the time of booking. Bookings are CONFIRMED only when the deposit has been received. 

  • Trials are available Tuesday - Fridays. No Saturday OR Sunday trials offered due to high weekend demand. Bookings are essential. 

  • If you decide not to go ahead with your wedding booking after a trial, the trial fee remains non-refundable.

  • Early morning bookings requiring a start time before 7am will incur an additional fee. 

  • Travel fees are calculated based on distance and travel fee. This is an additional fee. 

  • Additional parking fees may apply for locations. 

  • Sundays & Public Holidays incur an additional $30 per person due to increased demand and operating costs. 

  • By booking, clients consent to all fees and policies outlined by Luxe et Lueur, including additional charges for special requests or extended services.

  • If the booked location has difficult parking or limited access, the client must ensure that a suitable parking space is available near the entrance. Easy access and even footings are required to safely transport heavy makeup kits and equipment.

  • If the location requires flights of stairs, the client must provide an extra pair of hands to assist with carrying equipment to abide by Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S standards and prevent injury. If no assistance is available, additional setup time may be required.
